Hailing from New York City and hustling in the corporate world, I've always wanted to make it big in my career. But let's be real; even in the city that never sleeps, we all need a moment to catch our breath, right? I realized I needed something to bring equilibrium to my life—more than just the occasional walk around Central Park.

Health and fitness have always been my sanctuary—it's not just a hobby but a way of life. For me, I found Pilates was the perfect blend of mind-body awareness and physical intensity.

Professional Expertise

I have practiced reformer and mat Pilates for over 8 years and taught for 2 years. Through my practice, I received a number of questions from friends and family about Pilates and my workout routines. From this, I decided to get my Pilates certification through Equinox and share my love for the core. “It’s not fitness, it’s life”.
